AVAN IVAN : Avan Ivan is a upcoming Tamil film written and directed by "Bala", who with this project, directs his fifth feature film. The film will star "Arya',"Vishal Krishna',"Janani Iyer",and "Nivedhitha"in the lead roles featuring music by "Yuvan Shankar Raja',cinematography by Arthur "A. Wilson' and editing by "A. Sreekar Prasad".The film, produced by Kalpathi S. Agoram's AGS Entertainment,is currently in its production stage and expected to release by late 2010.

After finishing and releasing his Naan Kadavul in February 2009, Bala whose previous feature films had all been films dealing with dark themes,announced that he will be moving away from such films and his next project will be a full-length light-hearted comedy film and was working on its script in the following months,while declaring that it will be a double hero subject.Allegedly Bala had come to this decision,since his earlier films,despite receiving critical acclaim.
